The exterior of the building is accented by stone and wood and is a great example of the modern, west coast style of Architecture.

This project achieved a LEED GOLD Certification that promotes sustainability in 6 key areas: sustainable site development, water savings, human and environmental health, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.

This project is a 4-story wood frame building with one level of underground parking. Each unit is outfitted with a Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) unit that improves the air quality of the home, improves, climate control while saving energy by recycling heat that has already been generated.
